Vicious cycle of expectations..

Well it's said by all wise people on earth that we should not expect anything from anyone.
In real life we face difficulty in remaining neutral when it comes on expectations. We all expect something from someone, from our life, etc.
But why it is so difficult to maintain stability in mind? Why is it so difficult to not to expect anything from anyone?
To know the answers of all these questions we required to go deeper within our mind, our life.
Expectations are the result of scarcity, fear, dependence, complexes, etc.
All of these negative emotions are the result of lack of knowledge about our true nature. We all live and think at the level of mind, and body. Both of these are destined to get perish, or we can say with time mind, and body changes. If we live at this level of consciousness which majority of people are living then we are bound to feel pain and pleasure.
This cycle of feelings and emotions are going to affect people for sure if we all go on living at the level of mind, and body. So, the question is how to get away of these feelings and emotions.
For this we required to come closer to ourselves. When we start observing our life, our mind then we start witnessing reality and truth slowly. We start experiencing an inner happiness and peace.
We start witnessing the inner sky where the clouds of thoughts and emotions are going on. Where we don't need to bring peace and bliss but it is already there. Then we start experiencing success, fullfilment which we were seeking outside. Then we come to realize that we all are already successful, and we have already reached our destinations. It is only because of turbulence and disturbance of mind which had obstructed our way to satisfaction.

Growing rapes in India..

                                                                Image result for rape
What can be the reasons for the growth of Rapes in India?
Well to understand this first we all need to know something about rapes.
If we have to define rape then it's hindi word is close to its real meaning.
In Hindi rape is called as 'Balatkar'.

'Bal' means 'force without consent' and 'atkar' means 'imposition'.
That means rape is the use of force against another person's desires.
So what it includes. Let us discuss its scope.
Our understanding of rape is very narrow. If we want to make our society rape free then we have to look and understand rape in a broader context. Only then we can cure this illness of the mind of our society.

So if we take the narrow meaning of rape then it means the use of force by a man over women.
Well then to cure it we apply narrow remedies like the imposition of stringent laws and punishments, demonstrations and protests. We update the status on facebook, twitter, etc and condemn strongly and demand harsh punishment for perpetrators of crime like as we all did in the case of Asifa. Celebrities came with messages written on a placard on social media.

Well, it's happening not only in India but all over the world. So we think we have done our job nothing more needs to be done now rest is the task of police and law enforcement agencies. So we go to our homes and sleep.
Now come to the broader context of rape. As I explained above the Hindi meaning of rape is balatkar i.e. use of force.

What do we mean by the use of force? How it takes and controls our mind and how rape is spreading like a wildfire in every aspect of life and rape of a girl is just one of the several aspects of rape. Let us understand it with a scenario of Middle Eastern countries. In Middle Eastern countries or you can say Arabic countries there exist harsh punishments for rape. They hang and stoned the person to death in a full public display. They think by doing this they are creating a deterrence and fear in the minds of people.

Now understand the impact of all this on the mind of a child standing there watching all this happening. By watching all this violence his mind starts thinking in a very negative way. For him now killing someone for heinous crimes is very common. The first seeds of violence and hate have been sowed in his mind. As he grows up his mind is going to fill with hate and disgust. Is it not rape of a child's innocence?

Now come to our politicians. What they are doing? They all are using force to suppress and exploit people. Are politicians not rapists? What they are doing is the same as what the rapist does i.e. use of force over weak. The rapist is using force against weak women. In a similar way, politicians are using their force against weak people to exploit them. So politicians are also a rapist.
We all are rapists in the same or another way.
What a teacher does with his students?

Teachers use to beat students with sticks and roads just because students were talking or they have not completed their homework. So the teacher uses force which is comparatively much harsher than the mistakes. So here the teacher is also the rapist.
How it impacts the mind of students. Well, the student's mind gets filled with fear and vengeance and when he becomes stronger he takes revenge for all this frustration by beating his sons or daughters. And the chain continues.

Similarly when the politicians exploit public then if someone among the public turns into a politician he pacifies his frustration by exploiting others now it's his turn. So u can understand why people, when reached powerful positions, become so chaotic and despotic. It is because of those chain of events which has poisoned their mind.

Look at Hitler, Kim Jong yum of North Korea or any other politicians in our country or locality. Some may be good but are a handful. Majority of all are mentally ill and they all have been a victim of rape and exploitation at some point of time in their life.

We all are victims of rapes and exploitation. Now you can understand that Rape not only means sexual abuse of men of women but also other forms of use of force.
Now when any man or woman use force in any form against any weaklings in society then they all come in the category of the rapist.

What we do with our servants. With our juniors. What employer is doing with his employees no matter who he is man or woman, he/she is still a rapist.
So what needs to be done to curb the menace of rape from our society. Do you think only by imposing harsh and stringent punishment can solve the problem of rape from society? Do you still think rape is a specific problem related to a particular gender or it includes a wider and even it is the base of all forms of crime in our society?
What the terrorists are doing. They all are a rapist. What big multinational companies are?
So don't we need to become responsible and sensitive towards others, towards our parents and the people around us? Don't you think this slap culture and eye for an eye mindset is responsible for all this shit?

Don't we think as a responsible member of society we all should get more aware of our thoughts and emotions so that we can cure first our mental illness and then to contribute to curbing this chain of violence and exploitation from our world?
Maybe one day this earth will be filled with the mind of mindful people who are not only sensitive towards their thoughts and emotions but also about others. May one day mindfulness and alertness will be the only religion of peace on earth.

Peace of mind..

                                                              Image result for peace
In how many tensions we live. Our mind is constantly scaring us. The reason is this world. From our childhood, we have been told by our elders that life is a race. Our society has told us that life is a competition. We always strive to achieve some respect, some achievement. We all running behind success madly, why, because we have to show something to society, to our parents, our relatives.
Question is, are we really so much helpless, so much weak, so much vulnerable. Have we questioned ourselves about the need for all this mad race? Do we really need to stay always every day in tension? Our real self, our inner peace, our inner bliss have been robbed by this world, this society, by putting false narratives regarding success and pleasures.

Go to some corporate office and see how people are working. Go into the house of the minister and see deeply how happy he is. Look deep into the eyes of some bureaucrat and analyze how peaceful he is. Go and sit among married people or couples and feel how much they are in love.
Yes, the answer is quite obvious and we all know the answers. so what is the crux of all this discussion? Should we all abandon ambitions and all other worldly things? Then have a look towards the babas roaming around our cities and watch in their eyes do you feel any peace. Go and search in the caves of Himalayas are they really doing meditation or just sitting and crying over their foolishness. Go and watch the life of villagers and see how happy they are in reality.
So the answer is quite obvious and we all know that.

So who is really happy and who really has a sense of gratitude, peace, and bliss. The only one who knows himself/herself.Because the place where peace prevails is in our pure consciousness. Who lives in his authenticity. What is authenticity? it is in the midst of the chaos of our mind. If somehow anyone can realize that peace amidst adversity then he doesn't need to go the Himalayas, he doesn't need to achieve success. Because then everything becomes secondary, not necessary. Necessary is only one thing and that is our peace amidst the chaos.
So should we strive for success and money? yes of course but first create a bridge between your inner peace and mind. Otherwise, go on living at the end everyone is dissatisfied and disappointed with his life.

India's ambitions to develop its own solar technology....

Low-cost Chinese imports are the biggest challenge to Indian solar technology ambitions.

India has made significant progress in creating capacity for solar energy generation but India still relies on China for equipment.
India expanded its solar generation capacity-
-Eight times from 2,650 MW on May 26, 2014.
The roadblocks in India's efforts to be world's greatest solar energy success story-Over 20 GW on January 31, 2018.
-28.18 GW on March 31, 2019.
The government had an initial target of 20 GW of solar capacity by 2022, which was achieved four years ahead of schedule.
In 2015, the target was raised to 100 GW of solar capacity by 2022.
Relying on imports
-India is blessed with plenty of sunlight.
-India still not manufacturing solar panels.
-India is dependent upon for imports of Chinese equipment.
-Indian manufacturing still lags behind China.
-China has done a wonderful job of building its manufacturing base.
Lessons from China
-To increase competence-Chinese manufacturers has worked on the manufacturing of solar cells.
-Only 3GW India generates and imports 17 GW which shows a lack of political will and interest. The current government has shown comparatively more interest but still, a lot of work needs to be done.
-The problem of land acquisition in India is still looming but the Chinese government has control over land.
-The cost of debt in India is 11% while in China it is about 5%.
We need to learn and focus more on building our manufacturing base if we want to compete with China in the near future.
India is the world's largest importer of defense equipment for years.

The current article shows that even though India is blessed with plenty of natural sunlight but its solar power generation is low as compared to China because the manufacturing sector still lags behind. India needs a huge investment to build its manufacturing base. Look at China how this country has made strides in achieving success in building its manufacturing base. Today Chinese manufacturing is cheapest in the world. India has plenty of sunlight but still, India is not able to manufacture its solar panel indigenously.
We can gauge the situation of our country that how previous governments worked. No doubt we people are more interested in vote bank politics but not paying any attention towards the accountability of governments in developmental projects is sheer stupidity.
We Indians need to develop progressive minds and we all should strive towards development. We should question our government where taxpayers money has been utilized.

Draft education policy 2019 (India)

Since independence, we have number of education policies like:
1-University education committee(1948)
2-The committee of the midget(1952--53)
3-Kothari committee(1968)
4-National education policy(1986)
Draft national education policy submitted by Dr. Kasturirangan committee to the Union home ministry to replace national education policy 1986&1992.
Foundational pillars of new education policy 2019 are:
-Access
-Equity
-Quality
-Affordability
-Accountability
Aims-
1-Skills and knowledge- Everyone knows how the education system works in India. Colleges impart only theoretical knowledge which is not so useful in today's competitive world. Practical knowledge is essential to empower and equip students with the required skills and knowledge.
2-To fill the gap of shortage of manpower- Well it's not about population but we need skillful people to work in the field of science, academics, and industry.
The current draft has adopted inputs from the TSR Subramanian committee report 2016.
Several initiatives of the new policy are:
1-To internationalize higher education.
2-To strengthen quality open and distance learning.
3-Technology integration at all levels of education, adult and lifelong learning.
4-Representation of underrepresented groups.
5-To eliminate gender, social and regional gapes in education outcomes.

Other recommendations-
-To set up an Indian Institute of translation and interpretation(IITI).
-Promotion of Indian and classical languages like Pali, Persian and Prakrit.
-Reorganization of schools into school complexes.
-To reduce content load in the school education curriculum.
-Introduction of the semester system.
-Focus on research.
-High-quality teaching.
-State education commission.

IN THE LIGHT OF ABOVE MENTIONED EDUCATION POLICY I WOULD LIKE TO SHARE MY EXPERIENCE WITH INDIAN EDUCATION SYSTEM.
I have been watching a Youtube video in which a person shared a video of the American school and education system. In America, they spent a huge amount of money on education. They have a very large area reserved for schools. They provide free education and other material to their students. They have digitized everything from study material to lectures. This has eased the burden of school bags from children. Government provides free laptops to students so that they can complete their assignments without much paperwork and time. In India instead of providing reservation if the government can provide free education and other facilities to their students then it will be a much better option and real social service for the upcoming generation. I hope that one-day vote bank politics will end in India and India may become the world power.
